Jobs
Being part of The Beeches’ care team is different from most care providers. We are a small, family-run company. Everyone who works with us is an employee; we don’t use agency staff. We operate as a close-knit team, all pulling together and helping each other out. Our carers are committed and professional.
Our reputation for employing and providing high-quality, well-trained carers is something we are all incredibly proud of.
As a care assistant, you have the unique opportunity to help vulnerable people lead better lives, assisting them when they might not have help from anyone else. You will find that the greatest reward is that you are responsible for making a real and significant difference to another person’s life and the happiness that brings.
Due to growing demand for our care services, we are looking for compassionate home care workers to join our three teams in Malmesbury, Cirencester & Tetbury, Chippenham and surrounding areas.
If you haven’t worked in care before, don’t worry; many of our employees have joined our teams from working in retail, hospitality and leisure. If you have empathy and the right values, we will train you and equip you with the skills and knowledge you will need to thrive as a homecare worker at The Beeches.
